  • I initially dismissed the concept of a health coach. I understand nutrition, eat well and exercise regularly. So what if I enjoy coffee to kick start my morning and wine to relax myself at the end of the day. I nearly missed out on making some small but significant changes to my life, giving long term health benefits. Camilla did not ban coffee and wine but she did give me valuable strategies to reduce intake.   • Having always slept well throughout my life, I began to experience serious sleep disturbances. Nightmares with physical reaction which would wake me throughout the night. My GP ran a series of tests all of which came back negative or non conclusive. It was then that a friend suggested I should look at my diet and lifestyle.
