Health Coach and Nutrition Expert

I am a CNM certified Health Coach, member of the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and a mum to a gorgeous little boy.

I worked in the Advertising industry for ten years. Alongside a full work schedule, I enjoyed a busy social life. Whilst this was great fun I began to see how burning the candle at both ends with little time for self-care can take its toll. I suffered, on and off, from anxiety, stress, panic attacks and fainting spells.

Experiencing severe burnout was my final wake-up call. I knew that something had to change.

Alongside my busy life, I had always enjoyed exercise and cooking and knew that when I got these right all my symptoms eased. I wanted to learn more. This is where my training came in.

Now as a qualified Health Coach, I am free of my previous health concerns and have found my balance. All whilst celebrating the joys of pasta, wine and cheese! I can’t wait to help you do the same.

What gets me up every morning now? A passion to help you do the same.

  • I initially dismissed the concept of a health coach. I understand nutrition, eat well and exercise regularly. So what if I enjoy coffee to kick start my morning and wine to relax myself at the end of the day. I nearly missed out on making some small but significant changes to my life, giving long term health benefits. Camilla did not ban coffee and wine but she did give me valuable strategies to reduce intake. I feel more relaxed, less anxious and rather than feeling that I have been restricted it is now natural to enjoy my reduced intake with the same level of pleasure as before.

  • Having always slept well throughout my life, I began to experience serious sleep disturbances. Nightmares with physical reaction which would wake me throughout the night. My GP ran a series of tests all of which came back negative or non conclusive. It was then that a friend suggested I should look at my diet and lifestyle. I now sleep well again have more energy and I look forward to and enjoy the food groups which Camilla advised me to eat. Thank you!
