4 Week Program
A fast-paced program focused on nutrition, fitness, and healthy habits. With weekly sessions and personalised plans, it will enable you to kickstart your wellness journey and develop sustainable routines.
The investment for my 4 week programme is Β£275 (single payment).

12 Week Program
This in-depth program covers nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness over 12 weeks, offering tailored plans and ongoing support. Itβs ideal for those seeking lasting lifestyle changes and significant health improvements.
The investment for my 12 week programme is Β£725 (single payment) or 3 payments of Β£255.
90 Mins Power Session
A one-time, personalised session to address specific health concerns.
In this session we will deep dive into your health, lifestyle habits, stress triggers and I will prepare a tailored plan for you to takeaway and implement.
The investment for this session is Β£125 with the option to extend.
Every packages includes:
An in-depth call (approximately 90 minutes) for me to understand you, your motivations, and your current health and well-being. Together, we will decide on the health goals you want to achieve during our time together.
From there, I will create a tailored coaching plan to help you reach those goals.
Every two weeks, youβll have follow-up sessions (with plenty of contact in between) where we will review your progress and introduce new tools for you to implement.
Alongside the 1-2-1 Coaching you will also receive all this value:
